During roasting the entire trolley rotates slowly in the horizontal hot air stream (up to 250°C / 482°F). The products obtain uniform distribution of temperature from all sides. The optimal flow of circulating air combined with high temperatures and constant humidity control results in achieving perfectly roasted or baked product with minimum weight loss. The efficient heat exchanger significantly reduces processing time giving the user huge cost and energy savings.
