Springer MT series vacuum tumblers assure efficient massaging, curing, marinating and homogenisation without inflicting product damage. Ideally suited for pork, beef, poultry, lamb - whole muscle and sectioned meat products, rounds, both low and high brine volume added.

Improve quality, increase productivity and profit margin

The drum design greatly increases throughput without downgrading product quality. Precise vacuum and temperature control extend shelf life of the product maximizing profitability. The pulsating vacuum system noticeably increases curing liquids and additives penetration to the meat tissues and maximizes protein extraction for effective binding of massaged products.

Specific design of bulkhead and shovels deliver both gentle marinating of delicate products and aggressive massaging while maintaining muscle integrity. The high efficiency of massaging and marinade spreading all over the product allow to reduce use of carrageen, soya, starch and other additives.

Tumblers are available in capacities from 72 to 6000 litres.
