Springer P/M series mixers deliver a great versatility of mixing capabilities to suit many applications. Mixers, designed for efficient yet gentle blending into homogenous batches, are an ideal solution to mix all types of stuffing, sausage, minced meat, fish products, food fillings, ready meals, dough mixes, baby food, sauces, cheese, cereals mixtures, nuts, confectionery, vegetables, animal food or any other food products, either fresh or frozen, that require a mixing process. Mixing system achieves thoroughly blended batch, quick take-up of liquid, and absorption of seasonings and additives, achieving a high quality of consistency all without product damage.

Constructed for user benefits

The process of mixing is performed by twin shafts with overlapping paddles mounted on different heights. There are literally almost no leftovers in the hopper due to its construction advantages. A very slight clearance between the hopper and paddles, and the difference in the level between halves of the hopper are constructed to allow paddles to quickly move the whole stuffing towards a discharge chute. Specially designed paddle blade shape and angle eliminate squashing or pulping of the product.

Homogenous batch in less than 2 minutes

Thoroughly blended batch is guaranteed in less than two minutes time (for minced meat). Machine enables to achieve effective yet gentle mixing of any product, regardless of its weight, adhesiveness or viscosity and add more water keeping the high quality of product.

Ideal thermal conditions

Mixers can be equipped with a liquid N2 or CO2 cooling system to improve viscosity and flexibility of the product. Cooling mode facilitates the forming process by providing desired consistency for the further processing steps. Thanks to achieving ideal thermal conditions the risk of bacterial development is significantly decreased, what effects in extended storage period of the final product.
